5 ears of corn, keep in the husk
2 poblano peppers diced and roasted
1 serrano chili diced and roasted
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes diced
3 tablespoons sundried tomatoes oil
2 tablespoons cilantro minced
2 teaspoons oregano minced
1/2 cup red onion minced
2 garlic cloves minced
Juice from 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
