WATCH ME MAKE THIS ON YOUTUBE CLICK HERE Serves: 10-12 peoplePrep Time: 15 minutes plus 24-hour rest timeCook Time: 50 minutesINGREDIENTS 3 cups flour, bread flour or all-purpose3/4 teaspoon active dry yeast2 teaspoons salt1-1/3 cup room temperature water1 tablespoon olive oilDIRECTIONSIn a large bowl, place the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix with a fork until everything is well distributed.Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and then add water and olive oil. Use your hands or spoon to mix everything thoroughly. The dough will be sticky.Once everything is mixed place a clean towel or plastic wrap over the bowl and leave it in a safe room temperature area for 24 hours.After 24 hours have passed and your bread dough has risen or doubled in size, set the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.Grab your Dutch oven and place parchment paper inside or use some light oil just so your bake doesn’t stick.Take your dough from the mixing bowl and roll it into a ball shape, once shaped use a knife to add an “X” to the top of the dough and place it into the Dutch oven.Place the top onto your Dutch oven and place into the oven for 35 minutes.
