Cook Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Cups Brown Sugar

  • 1 Cup Sweet Soy Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 5 Tablespoons Shaoxing Hua Tiao

  • 4 Green Onions Diced

  • 3 Tablespoons Sesame Oil

  • 4 Garlic Cloves Minced

  • 1-2 lbs Beef Flank Thinly Sliced

  • Sesame Seeds and Green onions for toppings (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients except toppers in an airtight container and let sit for 24-48 hours.

  2. Heat a skillet with some sesame oil and cook meat. DO NOT ADD THE SAUCE to the skillet, just the meat.

  3. Serve cooked meat with toppings if wanted and let cool down before digging in. ENJOY

TIP: Serve with rice for a full meal
