These crispy, spicy, cheesy bites that are guaranteed to elevate any snack time or party spread.

BONUS - I love having dipping sauce for this such as buffalo sauce, ranch, or even apricot jam - TRUST ME AMAZING!

Jalapeno Poppers Wrapped in Bacon

Serves: 12-15 people

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 8oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1-1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 12 jalapenos sliced lengthwise

  • 24 slices of bacon

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large bowl mix cream cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, and garlic clove, and add in some salt and pepper

  3. Grab your jalapeno halves and add in the cheese mixture, once the cheese mixture is in the jalapeno wrap with an entire bacon strip. If you feel like your bacon strips are too big then halve your bacon strips.

  4. Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy and pepper is soft.
