One pan oven Roasted carrots

Delight in the rustic charm and culinary finesse of oven-roasted carrots. You can make these vibrant root vegetables stand out in your meal.

BONUS - if you add pomegranate seeds on top with some feta for a fancy and tangy addition

ROASTED CARROTS

Serves: 5 people

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2lbs of carrots, cleaned but not peeled

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place carrots on a baking tray and pour olive oil on top then top with as much salt and pepper as you would like. Mix all the carrots up so they are evenly coasted.

  3. Place in over for 20 minutes or under tender with a fork
