Cook Time: 25-35 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1lb of brussels sprouts cut in half
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat over to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place cut brussels sprouts in a bowl and cover with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until every sprout is evenly coated.
Place brussels sprouts cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are browned.
