Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Vibrant green halved Brussels sprouts, lovingly seasoned with a blend of easy-to-use spices.

Brussels sprouts become tender on the inside while their outer layer leaves crisp up to a delightful golden brown, creating a sweetness and tangy flavor all in one.

BONUS - if you add lemon juice and bacon bites it becomes an excellent savory protein snack

BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Serves: 5 people

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25-35 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb of brussels sprouts cut in half

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Place cut brussels sprouts in a bowl and cover with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until every sprout is evenly coated.

  3. Place brussels sprouts cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are browned.
