Cook Time: 15-25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons warm water

  • 1-1/2 cup 00 flour

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium size bowl, mix together the yeast, warm water, and honey. Set aside for 10-15 minutes for blooming. It should be foaming when time is up

  2. Oil up a large bowl.

  3. In that large oiled bowl, add in flour and salt. Mix well.

  4. Slowly add in the yeasted water and mix with a fork or hand until everything is incorporated. Knead for at least 8 minutes or until a shiny dough ball forms

  5. Let dough rest for at least 2 hours.

  6. Dough will double in size. Once rested you can roll out and use it to make all your favorite pizzas. Cook with topping at 425 for 15-25 minutes or until dough is fully cooked.

You can use this dough with a deep dish or even roll it out to be a thin crust.
