INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 big pinch ground cloves

  • 1-1/2 cup room temperature butter

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1-15oz can pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In one bowl sift together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Set Aside

  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Once fully incorporated ad din eggs one at a time.

  4. Once eggs are incorporated add in pumpkin puree, it will look at bit chunky but that is ok. Once mixed add in chocolate chips.

  5. Grab a very buttered up bread loaf pan and add in batter until about 80-90% full.

  6. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until very golden brown. Make sure you test the batter so that a knife comes out clean

  7. Allow the bread to cool down completely then ENJOY!
