FRUIT TART RECIPE
Serves: 10-12 people
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 large box of instant pudding; baker’s choice
1 package of raw pie crust
Small amount of Crisco or PAM spray
Any cut fruit you want on the pastry
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl make you instant pudding and place in fridge until ready to assembly.
Grab your large or small pie tin, you can make these in mini sizes or one large. Grease the tin with either Crisco or PAM.
Place your pie crust in tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly brown on the edges. Let fully cool when done baking.
Time to Assemble! In fully cooled pie crust add in pudding and then place cut fruit in any design you choose. Enjoy right away or place back in fridge for eating later.
TIP: If you want an extra cute look on the tart sprinkle on some powdered sugar.
