How To Make Pate A Choux

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup butter sliced

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 4 eggs

DIRECTIONS

  7. Place in oven and bake 20-35 minutes or until the dough is lightly brown.

  8. Allow the pate a choux to fully cool before adding any creams or fillings.
